How to work effectively in group assignments?

Working in teams is one of the most important job skills that one has to acquire for working in a professional field. To develop this skill, universities normally design group assignments in such a way that you work in a team and every member has some role or part in completion of the whole work. Group members shall develop an attitude to support each other.
